How it works
When applicants come from a country where we have a local partner, we will work together to ensure the est possible experience. Once you are matched with an employer, MTL will help coordinate your travel and housing arrangements. We consider you a part of our family, and will always be available to support you.
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
You don’t need to be Shakespeare, but you must be able to communicate with confidence answering questions and addressing concerns.
COMMITMENT
We require all applicants to commit to the duration of the position (betweeen 6 and 8 months). To be successful you must be open to new ideas and different cultures.
MOTIVATION
